Banks and Insurance need genealogical research

Banks and financial institutions have obligations regarding their customers inactive accounts. These obligations concern as well insurers and insurance firms that have, since 1 July 2016, submitted all their dormant life insurance contracts to Caisse des Dépôts.

Banks and insurers obligations, stipulated by the law of December 2007 and now expanded by the Eckert law, have been reinforced in case if the life insurance contract owner died and the contract itself has not been claimed :  banks and insurers must find the various right holders and heirs.

In this matter, Cabinet Frayre & Associés is their ideal partner who will fulfill heirs research mission by leveraging its arsenal of skills ranging from genealogical expertise, research in databases supplied since the 19th century, work trip to any location in order to check all the tracks.
